In Lungau Austria I have focused for 1 year on the 'rural flight'. That's what it's called when young people exchange the countryside for the big city. This beautiful region in Austria has a rich cultural past but how about its future? During the Supergau Festival in 2023 I initiated site specific 'Conversation Pieces' to imagine and debate the future.

During the Supergau Festival in 2023 I initiated site specific 'Conversation Pieces' to imagine and debate the future.
'View of the Langerbrugge Power Station' was part of the side program of the Ghent Light Festival 10 - 14 November. It was a committed work of light art that took you to the source of Ghent's urban lighting. This work was realized in the context of 'Mission Dhuicque' and developed in collaboration with Konnektor.

'View of the Langerbrugge Power Station' was part of the side program of the Ghent Light Festival 10 - 14 November. Base camp Entre Nous was a temporary laboratory, a test colony where the search for new sustainable possibilities for our welfare state was leading. It functioned as an humanitarian military base where during a period of one month (instead of soldiers) several artists were living and working. http://www.edwinstolk.nl/basecamp.html
